OKMM-EAP Administrative Rule
Consistent with provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, the State Regents adopted an administrative rule for OKMM-EAP at the March 31, 2005 meeting.
The administrative rule defines the following aspects of OKMM-EAP: program information; field site selection; member candidacy; grievance procedures; and program capacity. Governor Brad Henry approved OKMM-EAP’s permanent rule on May 12, 2005.
